I offer trauma-informed counselling that focuses on calming the nervous system and supporting emotional regulation. Through gentle, body-based techniques alongside talk therapy, I help clients feel safe, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves. Every session is tailored to your needs, providing a space for healing, repair, and lasting self-support.

  • We begin with an initial session.

    This is a space for you to talk about what’s been going on, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you might need support with.

    You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say - we can take it at your pace.

    We’ll also get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.

  • Sessions are £70 for 50 minutes.

    I offer a small number of reduced-fee spaces where possible - you’re welcome to ask about availability.

  • The length of therapy varies for each person. There’s no set length for therapy.

    We usually begin with an open-ended approach and review progress together over time.

    You’re not tied to a fixed number of sessions.

  • Sessions are held online via Zoom.
